I disagree with John on this one. We need more guns, but we need to learn what direction to point them. "Buy a sword" Jesus said. Prior to 1776 it was illegal to not own a gun. If you couldn't afford one, the town would see that you got one.
As discontent over the economy grows, frustration with the government is reaching record levels. Yet as John W. Whitehead reminds us in this weeks vodcast, its time for cooler heads to prevail. After all, our power as citizens rests in our ability to fight back by speaking truth to power, not by toting guns to free speech rallies. |
