Forces That Restore Liberty - The Sheriff

This is the first time the sound of the word "sheriff" plucked a string of joy in me.

Hi, I'm Richard Mack, former sheriff of Graham County, Arizona, and long-time crusader for freedom and individual rights. Right now, it is vital that we restore the Constitution as the supreme law of the land. The greatest threat we face today is not terrorists; it is our own federal government. If America is conquered or ruined it will be from within, not a foreign enemy.

I lecture and give seminars on constitutional issues relating to gun control, law enforcement, States' rights, the farce, otherwise known as the drug war, and the oath of office. I have also been a consultant for lawyers, and people in general helping them with cases of unlawful arrests and police misconduct. I have stood for "the little guy" against "big brother" government.

  • Why is it important that we not allow our means of self-defense to be taken from us?
  • What are the dangers of giving government too much power?
  • What can we do to remain strong as individuals and families, so that we can remain strong as a nation?

Forces That Restore Liberty - The Precinct Project

A good 13 min video explanation at the site.
    Wow! I can do this!
The Precinct Project shows you exactly what we need to do in order to take back control of our elections and get rid of the corrupt party leadership that is responsible for turning our elections into a total sham.

Forces That Restore Liberty - Oath Keepers

These are some of the bravest men I know.

Ten Orders We Will Not Obey
I remember taking the oath the on July 16th, 1985. Right before I boarded a plane that was to take me to Parris Island. That oath asked me to; "support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic" I remembered how it made me feel. Like I had finally become an adult and Citizen of this country.
Stewart Rhodes, Founder of Oath Keepers - Speech at Lexington Green, April 19, 2009
Military, Veterans, and peace officers who will honor their oaths to defend the Constitution, will NOT “just follow orders,” will stand for liberty, and will save the Republic, so help us God. Our motto is:
    "Not on Our Watch!"

Forces That Restore Liberty - The 10th!

Imagine government so close to you that you hold them accountable when you see them at the market.

    The Founders Knew Latin

Their vision was for the United States to be a union of sovereign states as opposed to a consolidation of the states into "one nation, indivisible" – and this reality is embedded in the very word "federal."

    The Tenth Amendment

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

“The purpose of this Resolution is to clearly affirm to Congress and the President our State’s sovereignty under the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution and to demand that the federal government halt the practice of assuming powers and imposing mandates upon the states for purposes which are not enumerated by the Constitution of the United States of America” said Representative Perry from the State House. Forces That Restore Liberty - Fire Them

I'm amazed at how hard it is for some people to not vote for evil. I gave it up two elections ago. I hope more people follow. If you can't find anyone to vote for, promote somebody instead of voting for evil. Educate someone, anything but supporting evil.
end government corruption by kicking out all corporate special interest lobbying and career politicians
Great job America! Way to hold Congress accountable for what they've done. You just allowed roughly 96% of the incumbents to be reelected, the exact same s.o.b.s that just committed the worst screwing and betrayal of the American people in history by Bailing Out Wall Street and giving them total control of the U.S. Treasury! Oh and we can't forget the blanket immunity that was thrown in for good measure. You just threw away a golden opportunity to hold them all accountable. You just ignored an incredible chance to FIRE THEM ALL! Instead of voting them all out of office, half the voters were content to just dance around singing the mantra "Change We can Believe In" as if it was actually going to happen without cleaning out the den of thieves in the Congress.

Forces That Restore Liberty - J.A.I.L

Another strong player to turn our country around. This kind of makes me remember a Bible verse.

"To DO righteousness and justice is desired by the Lord more than sacrifice." ~ Solomon Prov 21:3

The Judicial Accountability Initiative Law, J.A.I.L., is a single-issue national grassroots organization designed to end the rampant and pervasive judicial corruption in the legal system of the United States. J.A.I.L. recognizes this can be achieved only through making the Judicial Branch of government answerable and accountable to an entity other than itself. At this time it isn't, resulting in the judiciary's arbitrary abuse of the doctrine of judicial immunity, leaving the People without recourse when their inherent rights are violated by judges.

In a government by the People and for the People, it is to the People that accountability must be enforced. With the passage of J.A.I.L. accountability to the People in mass will be achieved by Special Grand Juries dedicated to this purpose.

J.A.I.L. is intended to prevent the following acts of judicial malfeasance:

  • Any deliberate violation of law
  • Any deliberate violation of the state or federal Constitutions

Forces That Restore Liberty - The Grand Jury

Here is one of a forces at work to restore our Republic.
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation. Amendment V, Constitution of the United States.
  • To examine all aspects of the federal government by initiating its own investigations.
  • To conduct criminal investigations of members of the federal government, and, if the evidence is sufficient, issue criminal indictments.

    My Memorial Day Tribute

I cannot say it better than Jackson did. A great song with moving lyrics.

    -I have prayed for America
    -I was made for America
-It's in my blood and in my bones
    -By the dawn's early light
-By all I know is right
-We're going to reap what we have sown

Many other great lines in that song worth hearing.

    Then check out...
    1. War is a Racket (9 min video).
    2. Ignorance is Strength (a short excerpt from 1984 book)

You can find them on my blog.

    "War is a Racket" What's a Racket?

The real speech re-created by an actor

If you know your history, you know that in 1934 there was an attempted coup in the United States that was thwarted largely due to the efforts of U.S. Marine Corps Major General Smedley Butler (ret.)

    Look it up.

Among other things, Butler was only one of 19 people ever awarded the Medal of Honor twice and the only person to be awarded a Marine Corps Brevet Medal and a Medal of Honor for two different actions.

After it dawned on him how his heroism and the heroism of the troops under his command had been misused, he wrote a book called "War is a Racket" which I can virtually guarantee you never heard about in school.

Butler concluded there are only two reasons to ever take up arms:

    1. To defend the country against real - not manufactured - attacks

    2. To defend the Bill of Rights

    Sounds good to me.

    This week
one thing became abundantly clear: Media conservatives want to talk about
    torture -- well, not
    really; they want to
blame House Speaker Nancy Pelosi for failing to stop the Bush administration's
torture policies. You know, the policies conservatives contend worked great to
keep us safe. Have trouble following their logic? That's sort of the point -- a shell game is designed
to confuse the audience, forcing members of it to
select the wrong shell and lose whatever money they've thrown on the table.
There's little difference between that curbside gambling and what we're seeing
    now from conservatives.
    some in the
    media have ignored evidence
that the Bush administration began using the
tactics in question before briefing congressional Democrats, and that upon
learning of the techniques in 2003, the top Democrat on the Intelligence
Committee expressed concerns to the CIA

Southern Baptists' top ethicist calls waterboarding `torture'

Southern Baptists' top ethicist calls waterboarding `torture'

By G. Jeffrey MacDonald - Religion News Service

    May 6, 2009

Southern Baptist ethicist Richard Land, a leading Christian conservative who helped advance the Bush administration's agenda on a range of social issues, said Monday (May 4) that the formerly sanctioned practice of waterboarding of suspected terrorists is torture and "violates everything we stand for."

Land, who is president of the Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission of the Southern Baptist Convention, repudiated the simulated drowning techniques in an interview with Religion News Service.

According to recently released memos, federal agents under Bush waterboarded two suspected terrorists 266 times in attempts to extract information.

To justify waterboarding on the grounds that it helps save lives is to suggest that ends justify means, Land said, adding: "that is a very slippery slope that leads to dark and dangerous places."
