Hello,
I have a great grandfather named Council Hart, and Nancy Hart was either his wife or sister. He was the first rep. from Arkansas to the House of Rep. I have heard about a lady in our family named Nancy Hart since I was a child. I was named Nancy after her. Hart was my grandmother's maiden name. It seemed very strange to see a U TUBE video of me playing the right by her name. How would I find out if she is a relative?
