A soldier's view
Common sense and patriotism

For all its problems, the US military is a great reservoir of decency, courage, and true patriotism.

It was the military - specifically enlisted men - who ended the Vietnam War by refusing to fight and threatening mutiny.

One of the greatest hopes for the US is for this generation of military men and women to put their pledge to support the Constitution first and stop serving the crooks who have subverted the nation.
